Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5pm to 6:45pm Weight Workout: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7pm to 7:45pm Weight room located at the Foothills Athletic Park September to the end of October: Practice outdoors at the Foothills Track November to the end of March: Practice indoors at the Olympic Oval of the University of Calgary. April to middle of June: Practice outdoors at the Rotary Park Track, then at Foothills Track to the end of July. |
| Base and Technical Training |

Base season goes from September to December and then we move into a more competition based program from January to August; where we start to focus more on event
specific training. Athletes will train and compete year round with indoor and outdoor competitions. Sprints and Hurdles program works together with the Speed and Power coach to work in any Jumping events for athletes to get in some technical training. |
