Practice Times / Locations
Cross Country and Base Training Season - September to October
The "big hill" west side of University Drive across and south from McMahon stadium. Parking is available at the south end.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5pm to 6:30pm.
Indoor Season - November to March. (born in 2001 or earlier)
Jack Simpson Track
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm to 8pm
Outdoor Season - April to August (no age restrictions)
Foothills Athletic Park Track
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Program PhilosophyEnsuring that athletes are introduced to all aspects of track and field while giving them the basic technique and skills needed to advance.
Weight Training: No lifting of weights but a strong focus on core exercises and resistance training.
Main focus of the training group is not only to ensure that athletes have the foundation and the skills to continue training in the sport, but also ensure that they are having fun while doing it.
