Lifetime athlete trained under the tutelage of Mark Kilam and Raymond Perras, applying the Peak Performance Mindset in all aspects of athletic development and optimization. My background, education and experience allow me to leverage the athlete’s potential with training and mindset to propel them to new heights. My approach is athlete/team focused; “how can we get the best out of us?” Information based but that knowledge is only useful if the athlete is invested. My mantra around youth sport is to work hard and have fun.
