Funds in athlete account from bingos or casinos can be used for any of the following:
Registration Fees (club fees or indoor facility fees):
These funds will automatically be applied to any outstanding balance for both new and current athlete registrations.
Track-Related Expenses:
If you have personally paid for eligible track expenses such as meet registration fees, travel to out-of-town meets, shoes, clothing, hotel accommodations or other track-related costs, you may submit your receipts to Ursula for reimbursement via e-transfer. Note that the cost of food is ineligible for this.
