Regional Meet Registration
Please register for in-province meets directly through Trackie (Calgary, Edmonton and area). When you register through the the trackie online system, you will be able to see exactly which age category you are eligible for, and which events are available to you.
- Check the Meet Schedule page for information on upcoming meets.
- Use the Enter link to access the registration page for each meet. Alternately, you can search for, and register for meets here.
- (optional) You can cancel your entry using the same link. Any scratches done before the cancellation deadline will be eligible for a refund.
You may still use funds from your athlete account to pay for meets. If you want to take advantage of this, please keep your receipts, and submit them via the Expense Report at the end of the season.
Travel Information
Please register for travel meets through the form below. Please follow up with the Registrar if you do not receive a confirmation email.
If you need to change or cancel your registration, please contact Lana at meets@calgaryspartans.com. Athletes will not be charged for cancellations submitted up until one day after the registration deadline. Late cancellations will result in athletes being charged for meet entry fees unless we can scratch them at no cost to the club. Refunds for sick or injured athletes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation is the responsibility of the athlete.
