Multi Events Program

Program Philosophy

All training has a blend of technical and general conditioning. Whether athletes are sprinters, distance runners or are interested in jumps and throws, success depends on base training combined with technical training in the area of skill desired. If athletes are interested in competing in the pentathlon, heptathlon or the decathlon, they will work with several different coaches in each specialty.

A weight training facility to build strength is available three times per week.

Throws and Jumps Programs

Events include long jump, triple jump, high jump, javelin, shot put, discus, hammer and weight throw.   Training also supports athletes who are interested in the pentathlon, heptathlon and decathlon.

A weight training facility to build strength is available three times per week.
